REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

  • Prepared partnership and corporate tax returns for over thirty years for various types of real estate properties including apartment buildings, office buildings, warehouses, strip centers, and regional malls.
  • Managing partner of numerous partnerships and limited liability companies. Responsibilities include leasing of properties, managing daily affairs, capital improvement projects and general operations of the properties.
  • Purchase and sold over twenty-five properties located in Southern California.
  • Responsible party for obtaining over fifty million dollars in purchase money debt and refinancing of various buildings.
  • Perform valuation on minority interest in relation to ownership of various real properties.
  • Assisted in performing appraisals of various real properties for clients in regards to estate valuation and dissolution of partnerships and limited liability companies.
  • Calculated damages in various real estate disputes between developers, limited liability members and financial institutions.
  • Testimony in several court cases regarding professional standards and fiduciary responsibility in relation to operations and management of real estate partnerships and limited liability companies.
